These wines are stored in some ancient large wooden barrels from the winery's early years in the longest vaulted cellar in Rheinhessen. 15 hectares are managed close to nature. In addition to Spätburgunder, Frühburgunder, and St. Laurent, the grape variety mirror also includes Cabernet Sauvignon, Weißburgunder, Riesling, Silvaner, and Chardonnay, with Spätburgunder accounting for two-thirds of the area.
