During harvest, most of our grapes are hand-picked and selected to ensure their optimal quality before pressing. The Hola Cava Rosé is a D.O. Cava in terms of quality, usually consisting of the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Macabeo, and Xarel.lo. The Pinot Noir grapes bring color into play. They grow in higher vineyards in the Penedès mountains. There, the nights are cooler, which brings excitement to the Cava. Macabeo grows in lower areas and brings roundness to the Hola Cava. Xarel.lo has a strong personality with intense aromas and gives the Cava structure.
