Even if not every plate is made on the potter's wheel, it is still taken in hand, cast, sanded, and individually glazed by Rui, whose family has mastered the pottery craft for over 200 years, with these great colors, which are incidentally food-safe and free of harmful chemicals, by his aunt Regina, among others. To preserve the shine of the glaze, we recommend washing the plate by hand. Each bowl is unique. Small imperfections in the glaze are normal and intentional. Thus, every bowl, every plate, every jug always looks a little different. The rays are also not perfectly geometric but painted by eye.
