In his childhood, Martin enjoyed his many visits to trout farms with his father, a biologist dedicated to developing world-class trout farming in Danish freshwater. Rasmus' home is the mussel beds of the Isefjord and Roskilde Fjord; even as a child, he wanted to know more about edible nature, flora, and fauna. Mikkel, an experienced chef and product developer, is responsible for the recipes of the first Fangst canned fish, with his broad knowledge of Nordic ingredients and processing methods.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTogether, they want to bring Brisling, Latin: Sprattus sprattus, back to the plates of Danes and the steadily growing community of tinned fish enthusiasts.
