The success was so overwhelming that Flein is now produced by three befriended wineries in the Alpine region. Each winery (Gross \u0026amp; Gross, Kurtatsch winery and Schmidt winery) is responsible for production according to a jointly developed quality charter.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFlein comes from vineyards with regionally typical grape varieties that are cultivated specifically for the production of juice. The vines are tended and harvested carefully by hand. The harvested grapes are gently pressed like champagne. Thanks to the latest technology, the juice is pasteurized very gently. As a result, Flein develops a particularly varietal taste experience and opens up new taste dimensions.
