Wild roses with their thorns are spurned by sheep, so the rose hips remain on the bushes until winter. The production of rose hip pulp is also a traditional specialty of our region – here now with rosehip in liquid form.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis non-alcoholic cocktail captivates with its delicate rose-apple scent, reminiscent of perfectly ripe peaches, honey, exotic fruits like mango, papaya, refined with vanilla. The old apple and perry pear varieties come from the landscape-defining traditional orchards along the bird sanctuary at the foot of the Swabian Alb – hand-picked, ripened, and gently processed in Jörg Geiger's manufactory, which has received several awards (including from Slow Food) for its juices.
