Yet, it also fits the life situation of the Schneider family at the time this red wine cuvée was first created. In 2007, their son Nicolaus was born, and simultaneously, new construction was underway at the winery. Thus, Tohuwabohu is dedicated to the new arrival, who not only turned everything upside down but also reordered many things.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMarkus Schneider's Tohuwabohu presents a dense bouquet of red fruits like sour cherries, black currants, and raspberries, complemented by dark cocoa with vanilla. Roasted notes and herbal notes of thyme and laurel round out the impressions. At the right time, highly ripe, healthy grapes of the different varieties are harvested by hand and gently processed in the modern winery.
