The aromatic grape variety Sauvignon Blanc originally comes from the Loire river region in France, but has been cultivated in the Palatinate for 25 years and has been on everyone's lips for a few years due to its expressive aroma. Philipp Kuhn's Sauvignon Blanc Tradition is also very popular. A whole bouquet of green, ripe fruits, such as gooseberry, fresh mint, lemongrass and tropical fruits like passion fruit, waft from the glass. The grapes from the different sites are harvested by hand at their optimal ripeness. After about two days of maceration, they are gently pressed and spontaneously fermented in stainless steel at a controlled temperature.
