Your Order, Ready for Pickup

Don't want to wait for the parcel delivery person and prefer to pick it up yourself? No problem! At genussland, you can easily place your order online and then collect it from our store in Nordhorn – without shipping costs or waiting time.

How Pickup Works

1. Order Online and Select "Pickup" Add your desired products to the cart and choose the "Local Pickup" option instead of shipping at checkout. You pay online as usual – no shipping costs apply for pickup, of course.

2. We Prepare Your Order As soon as we receive your order, we usually pick and pack it within one to two hours. Orders received outside our business hours will be processed on the next business day. We carefully put everything together for you – from olive oil to wine bottles.

3. You Receive a Notification When your order is ready for pickup, you will automatically receive an email from us. Please wait for this notification before you set off, so we can ensure everything is ready for you.

4. Pick Up and Enjoy Simply come by during our opening hours and collect your order. You can find us here:

Good to Know

Please note that we only display a selection of our range in our store. The complete range can be found in our online shop at genussland.de – and you can order it directly to the store for pickup.

By the way: If you come to us in an electric vehicle, you can charge it for free at our charging station during your visit. The electricity comes 100% from our own photovoltaic systems.
