Generous – Belgian Cookies
Christophe Harou had the idea for Generous in 2013 when the passionate pastry chef discovered his gluten intolerance. Serendipitously, he and his wife Théodora met Jean-Benoît and Aurélie Ghenne from L'Arrière-Cuisine in Brussels, who specialize in gluten-free pastries. In 2013, there were mostly unappetizing gluten-free baked goods, so they jointly founded Generous.
Generous – Craftsmanship and Quality
In their artisan bakery in Tubize, Belgium, the Generous team produces irresistible cookies that combine unique flavors and delicious textures. GENEROUS cookies are made from organic, gluten-free, and predominantly regional ingredients, such as buckwheat flour, potato starch, and tapioca flour.
The unique packaging and the names of the products also demonstrate the loving care with which Generous Cookies are made: Céline Citron (lemon cookies), Charlotte Chocolat (chocolate cookies), Victor Vanille (vanilla pastries), and Sylvain Speculoos (speculoos).
