Looks like pasta
The Schaut family has been farming their land in the Swabian Alb for three generations – this is also where the spelt for their spelt noodles grows. In the early 1990s, Brigitte Schaut began processing the eggs from her own chickens into noodles. This developed into the Schaut Manufactory: fresh egg noodles, Spätzle, Christmas noodles, and heart-shaped noodles – Swabian pasta from their own fields.
