Pralina - Tomato Sauce from Southern Italy

Pralina produces tomato sauce in Southern Italy. Salento in Southern Italy is an ancient land with great traditions, a generous land, rich in historical memories and natural wonders. The mild climate and gentle air on the coast and in the sunny hinterland favor the growth of an infinite number of spontaneous herbs and medicinal plants, a great variety of fruits and vegetables, such as wonderful tomatoes. From these, Pralina in Melpignano, south of the city of Lecce, produces delicious ready-to-eat tomato sauces.

Pralina - Produzione Alimentari Naturale (Natural Food Production)

In addition to tomato sauces, Pralina also produces bruschetta, pesto, and creams. Both the biodiversity of the region and its traditions are taken into account, as is the sustainability of the entire production cycle. The raw materials, such as the tomatoes, are regional Apulian raw materials of the highest quality, processed without additives or preservatives. The name Pralina is derived from the abbreviations of "Produzione Alimentari Naturale", meaning artisanal, natural production.

Even if the production processes are combined with modern technology, Pralina still sees itself as an artisanal producer that takes great care in selecting basic products. With the help of a photovoltaic system that covers 80-90% of the electricity demand, and packaging in recyclable glass, the company also contributes to environmental sustainability.
