Confiserie Imping – Chocolate and Pastry Manufacturer
Confiserie Imping is a chocolate and pastry manufacturer from Münsterland. Founded in 1953 by Alfons and Irmgard Imping, the family initially owned a patisserie with an adjoining café in Recklinghausen. With the second generation, Imping has developed into a renowned manufacturer of pralines and truffles as well as high-quality, handmade pastries, operating throughout Europe. In 1971, the company's headquarters were moved to Vreden in Münsterland by son Walter Imping and his wife Hedwig. Since 2012, Eva-Maria Imping, the third generation, has been on board the family business.
Confiserie Imping – from Münsterland
Since 2012, Eva-Maria Imping, the third generation, has been on board the family business. She also places great importance on the best quality raw materials and on production according to traditional craftsmanship. Production always takes place after an order is received, so it sometimes takes a little while for the pralines or pastry mixes to arrive, but they are always fresh and of the best quality.
We have long been connected with Confiserie Imping; the family business was one of our first regional manufacturers from Münsterland in our range. The craft business is firmly rooted in the region and sources cream and butter, as well as fresh eggs, from Münsterland.
Especially at Christmas time, their cinnamon stars, dominoes, marzipan potatoes, and Christmas pastry mix are popular.
