Compagnie des Pyrenees, Senchou, La Pateliere – three brands under one roof
The family business Senchou from Casseneuil, founded in 1891, developed a highly palatable and popular ketchup recipe, for which the French company has long been known. In 1989, Senchou merged with La Pateliere, a canning company specializing in baking ingredients. In 2018, La Patelerie and Compagnie des Pyrenees merged, reviving the old Senchou ketchup recipe.
