Beauharnais – French Wholesaler Carlant

This is evident in the Beauharnais terrines, inspired by regional recipes, where individually harmonized ingredients complement and perfectly highlight each other. Beauharnais collaborates with small manufactories for the preparation of their terrines; the liver is processed fresh, and you can taste it. Beauharnais terrines are delicious as a savory spread or as an appetizer with salad.

Rillettes are very French. They are highly popular in France, especially in the region around Le Mans in the Sarthe. The consistency differs from that of a terrine: it is fibrous, because, unlike a terrine, rillettes are prepared by cooking only meat in its own fat with spices. Rillettes also do not contain liver.
