Lusvardi Lambrusco IGP: Tradition Meets Innovation
Discover the world of Lusvardi and their IGP Lambrusco wines: Lusvardi is a small family winery that has been producing Lambrusco for 3 generations in Molino di Gazzata in Emilia-Romagna, Italy. Andrea and Rita Covezzi have been organically certifying their approximately 7 hectares of vineyards since 2014. Organic fertilizers are used, the soil is aerated through greening, and synthetic pesticides are consciously avoided.
Through extensive manual labor in the vineyard with around 30-year-old vines, the hand-harvesting of indigenous varieties such as Lambrusco Salamino, Lambrusco Grasparossa, and Spergola, as well as meticulous cellar work, high-quality Lambrusco wines are produced, combining the heritage of Emilia-Romagna with modern viticultural practices. The Lusvardi winery, located in the province of Reggio Emilia, stands for authentic, organically certified wines made with the utmost care and passion. Here, tradition meets innovation.
Lusvardi Lambrusco Wines: A Feast for the Senses
Lambrusco comes in red, white, or rosé varieties, all sharing fruitiness and a delicate perlage. The effervescence is created either by the Charmat method in a pressure tank or by the ancestral method, used for natural wines, also known as Pet Nats, which are usually sealed with crown caps instead of sparkling wine corks and wire cages. Experience the diversity and elegance of Lusvardi Lambrusco wines as IGP. Whether you prefer a fresh, lively Brut or want to enjoy the delicate aromas of a Rosé – you will find the perfect Lambrusco for every occasion with us. Discover the magic of Lambrusco sparkling wine and bring a piece of Emilia-Romagna into your home.
