Kühling Gillot
The Kühling-Gillot winery in Bodenheim, Rheinhessen, cultivates vineyards on the Roter Hang (Red Slope) along the Rhine, including the Grand Cru sites of Pettenthal, Ölberg, and Rothenberg. Caroline Gillot-Spanier defines the house style, and since 2008, the estate has been consistently farmed biodynamically. The wines are members of the VDP – Rheinhessen Rieslings with a clear terroir signature and red slate soil in the glass.
