Domori Chocolate
Domori was founded in 1997 by Gianluca Franzoni in None, near Turin, with the commitment to use only pure Criollo, fine Trinitario, and Nacional cacaos in their manufacturing. A large portion of the beans come from their own Hacienda San José in Venezuela. Since 2006, Domori has been majority-owned by the Illy Group and is considered one of Italy's most prominent bean-to-bar addresses.
