Shipping within Germany

We deliver nationwide with no minimum order value. For orders over 99 € value, shipping is free. (Valid for DHL standard shipping)

Standard delivery by DHL

6.85 € shipping costs within Germany
Island deliveries only possible via DHL, delivery to packing stations only possible via DHL.
Delivery during the day, on working days: Monday to Saturday. If delivery fails, collection from the post office is required.

Standard delivery by DPD

5.45 € shipping costs within Germany
Delivery during the day, on working days: Monday to Saturday. If delivery fails, collection from a DPD shop is required. Island deliveries not possible.

Standard delivery by UPS

7.85 € shipping costs within Germany
Island deliveries not possible, delivery to packing stations not possible, maximum weight per package 20kg. Additional packages at extra cost.

Express shipping with DHL Express

19.95 € Express shipping via DHL Express (maximum 5kg), then by weight, maximum 30kg
Delivery during the day, on working days: Monday to Friday. If delivery fails, collection from the post office is required.
Marked express items can only be shipped with DHL Express. Please note that temperature-controlled items cannot be shipped over public holidays or weekends.

DHL Express with Saturday delivery

33.95 € price up to 5kg, then by weight, maximum 20kg
Delivery during the day. If delivery fails, collection from the post office is required.

Express shipping with UPS Saver

14.95 € Express shipping via UPS (maximum 18 bottles per package or 25kg)
Delivery during the day, on working days: Monday to Friday. If delivery fails, collection from a UPS parcel shop is required. Our recommendation for business customers.

Freight forwarding

Freight forwarding is used for products that cannot be delivered as parcels due to their size or weight. The selection is made automatically before completing the order. Please note that for freight forwarding, you must provide your telephone number for appointment scheduling.

International Shipping Costs

We are also happy to ship your orders to many European countries such as Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Portugal. Here, a minimum order value of 50 € applies. There is no free-delivery value. No shipping of products subject to excise duty (alcohol). Gross prices are adjusted to the individual VAT rates of the respective country. Sales tax will be charged in any case. The shipping price will be calculated at checkout and displayed before the order.

For international deliveries, shipping costs are calculated per package. (Maximum 18 bottles per package or 25kg). Shipping to certain areas or islands may incur additional costs, which we will inform you of before shipping. Remote areas cannot be supplied. No freight forwarding to islands.

For international deliveries, providing the recipient's telephone number with the order is mandatory. (The specification of a telephone number is obligatory for orders abroad.)

Alcohol

Alcohol is only shipped to adults via UPS or DHL; the delivery person will verify age upon delivery. By ordering alcohol, you also confirm that you or the recipient are of legal age.

Shipping Service

For manual creation of shipping labels (for orders by phone, email, or by submitting addresses via spreadsheet), we charge an additional 2.50 € per shipping label for this service, in addition to the stated shipping costs.
Please note that we cannot combine orders already placed.

Investigation of failed payments

For the investigation and refund of payments incorrectly made to us, we charge a processing fee of 5.00 €.
