Hase Rosé Wine – from Organic Winery Kühling Gillot

The Hase Rosé by Gillot 2022 is a fresh, fruity, animating rosé wine, a summery companion, from the Kühling Gillot winery in Rheinhessen. As a rosé, I come across as a finely fragrant cuvée. I am fresh, and anyone who doesn't think of ripe strawberries when tasting me has really missed out. For the pink Hase, the motto is: the smarter person pours more!

Allow me to introduce myself: My name is Hase, and I come as a Blanc, Rosé, and Red. And every year I am a little bit different. That's why my name is: Hase. And I am really delicious. The hare on the label was specially painted in oil for Carolin and HO Spanier, and the reason is very simple: in childhood, the field hare was a constant companion. The intensive cultivation of agricultural land has severely affected the hare in recent decades. However, organic farming is increasingly beneficial for the hare again. Hase brings together wines that fall somewhat outside the traditional Rheinhessen framework. The wines of the Hase Edition are fun wines and are intended to bring people together at a meal, at a celebration, or as an aperitif. True to the motto: don't overthink it, just pour another glass! Pure drinking pleasure.
