The Castelbel Rosé Blush Guest Soap from the Portus Cale series is a feminine combination of mandarin, red fruits and pineapple with notes of jasmine and lotus flowers, plus amber, vanilla and fine caramel. The wonderfully soft scent of Rosé Blush is just the right intensity so it doesn't overpower, but is perceived as very pleasant. The small soap bar is ideal for small washbasins or for travel.

Rosé Blush Guest Soap – Tradition and Craftsmanship from Portugal

The production of natural soaps, such as this Rosé Blush guest soap, has a 300-year-old tradition in Portugal, which Castelbel began in 1999 when Aquiles Barros, a respected professor of chemistry and former employee of the Ach Brito soap factory, decided to create something new and of his own.

Not far from the port city of Porto in northern Portugal lies the small village of Castêlo da Maia, which was not only the company headquarters but also the namesake: Castelbel – beautiful castle.

Initially, Castelbel produced private labels for a New York department store, later for Galerie Lafayette in Paris. The name Castelbel remained hidden. Since 2006, the Castelbel Ambiente series (Lavender, Rose, Verbena) has been available and the success story began. The wonderful room fragrances in magnificent glass diffusers, which are exported from Portugal all over the world, have made a major contribution to this. A year later, the exclusive Portus Cale series followed, which with its unique Portuguese product design has found its admirers not only with us, but also in Dubai, South Africa and Japan, and delights museum guests in the washrooms of the Louvre in Paris.
