Azada Garlic Olive Oil is harvested in the province of Tarragona, Spain. This intensely aromatic extra virgin olive oil is made from organic Arbequina olives, by pressing fresh, white garlic together with the green to violet Arbequina olives. This creates a flavored garlic olive oil from purely natural ingredients, without artificial flavors or additives. This is why it is so particularly strong in scent and taste.

The taste of garlic olive oil

Azada Garlic Olive Oil is an organic olive oil that, in addition to its intense garlic aroma, also displays green, grassy notes of freshly cut grass and a slight peppery spiciness. It is ideal for all Mediterranean dishes and replaces fresh garlic if you don't have any on hand. Azada olive oil refines crustaceans, grilled sea bream, oven-baked lamb, and roasted chicken. It adds a lot of zest to au gratin eggplants, ratatouille vegetables, artichokes, and gives pizza the final touch. But beware, it is really garlicky.

Azada – Olive oil from northern Spain

Azada cultivates the Arbequina variety in the province of Tarragona in northern Spain, in small organic certified olive groves. There, the olives remain for many months, enjoying the Spanish sun until they are just perfect for pressing, around November each year. Local farmers then harvest them with mucho amor by hand and bring them to the company's own mill for pressing. There, it is filled into the pretty, white 225ml aluminum cans with the typical Azada branding.
