The Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Rød is a rosé sparkling beverage based on a variety of teas with a moderate alcohol content of 5%. In the world of tea, hibiscus takes on the function that grape skin pigments perform in the world of wine, coloring the Sparkling Tea a wonderful rosé. At the same time, hibiscus imparts slightly bitter notes, making Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Rød less sweet compared to the other varieties. Balanced depth and notes of blackcurrant, hibiscus, and mint ensure a long-lasting taste experience.

Thanks to its complexity and dry taste, Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Rød pairs excellently with a variety of interesting dishes, such as Nordic fish and seafood dishes, and also perfectly complements spicier foods.

Sparkling Tea as a Food Accompaniment

The gourmet restaurant GEMYSE deliberately uses the different nuances of Rød. For example, the tartness of hibiscus pairs well with the sweetness of beetroot or sweet potatoes. A dessert of malt waffle and sesame ice cream is combined with Rød to support the subtle sweetness and the taste experience of wild berries.
