Franconian Presssack, that's the best sausage in a jar from Feinkost Faber. This delicious Presssack from Thomas Faber's artisanal butchery combines the best pork and beef from Franconia. At Faber Feinkost, the Presssack is still made warm, which preserves its special aroma. A typical Franconian Presssack in a practical 100g single jar.

Franconian Presssack – Franconian sausage variety

The Presssack is the flagship of Franconian sausage variety. Similar to Palatinate Saumagen, slaughter-warm meat is mixed with hearty bacon, seasoned with regional spices and gently cooked in broth, before being cut into cubes and placed in the Saumagen. Here, however, the Presssack mixture is "packed" in a jar.

Feinkost Faber – Sausage in a jar

The best sausage in a jar, and Franconian at that, comes from Faber Feinkost, a family-run artisanal butchery from Bad Kissingen. Founded in 1989 by Kasper Faber, the former royal Bavarian court purveyor is now run in the fourth generation by Thomas Faber. Together with around 60 employees, the trained chef and meat sommelier now produces sausages in jars according to good old recipes but with the latest technology. Butcher shops like Faber Feinkost can be counted on one hand throughout Germany. Enjoy the high quality and good taste of their sausage in a jar, such as the finely seasoned onion sausage, the coarse country liver sausage, fine veal liver sausage or Franconian Presssack.

Feinkost Faber steht für beste fränkische Wurst im Glas aus Bad Kissingen. Seit 1898 produziert die familiengeführte Metzgerei hochwertige Mettwurst, Bauernleberwurst, Kalbsleberwurst oder Leberwurst mit Trüffel. Heute führen Thomas und Johanna Faber den Traditionsbetrieb in vierter Generation, mit modernem Feinkostladen, Kochschule, Catering und einem starken Team als Genussadresse in Mainfranken.
