The Hoos Pink Grapefruit Gin is a handmade London Dry Gin from Heiko Hoos in Karlsruhe. Here in the small 200ml tasting bottle. Distilled in small batches of max. 120 bottles, this elegant gin showcases classic juniper aromas alongside a fruity citrus note, attributable to the citrus zest, one of the 15 botanicals used, and the pink grapefruit juice added to the gin.

Building on the London Gin base, the addition of pink grapefruit juice and peel, and lemon balm, creates a gin personality that deliciously stands out from the crowd with wonderful citrus notes. Grapefruit peel and lemon balm macerate in the London Gin, which is then topped up with fresh grapefruit juice and finely filtered. The result is a summery, fruity-refreshing gin, yet without sacrificing its tart gin understatement, best enjoyed neat.
