The Organic Cru is an excellent cuvée of organically grown Coratina and Ogliarola Barese olives, combining the best of the Apulian oil tradition. While the Coratina variety provides a strong, robust profile, the Ogliarola Barese gives the oil a mild, soft note. The result is an extremely balanced extra virgin olive oil with a herbaceous-floral scent reminiscent of almond and chamomile. On the palate, it unfolds subtle bitter and spicy notes that wonderfully complement raw food, salads and legume soups, as well as fish dishes, white meat and vegetables.

Ciccolella – Tradition and Innovation from Apulia

Since 1878, the Ciccolella family has cultivated their olive groves in the province of Bari, in the heart of Apulian olive production. With approximately 8,000 trees, the family business, now in its fourth generation, is dedicated to the passionate care of nature. The olives are grown according to strict organic guidelines, harvested by hand, and gently pressed within just 6 hours in the family's own mill in Molfetta. Bottling in aroma-protective, dark glass bottles guarantees a 100% Italian taste experience with dynamic and clean notes.

Under the leadership of Giuseppe Ciccolella, the company has developed into a completely organic operation. Thanks to a photovoltaic system, the Azienda is largely energy self-sufficient, while the pomace is returned to the fields as organic fertilizer. The packaging also follows the principle of sustainability: recyclable dark glass, aluminum caps, and paper labels allow for the elimination of plastic throughout the entire production process.
