How to prepare the Willowherb herbal infusion

Rinse a teacup with hot water, add 1.5-2 tablespoons of loose Plukt Oregano Blossom Organic Herbal Tea, and pour boiling water over it. Let the tea steep, covered, for 5-7 minutes, so the leaves have time to release their aromas into the hot water and the essential oils and vapors do not escape. It is best to add honey or sugar only when the tea has cooled down a bit. Afterwards, allow yourself a relaxed time, so it's best to enjoy it slowly.

PLŪKT is a young brand from Latvia, founded in 2016 by Māra Lieplapa, a young woman who wants to show the beauty and untouched nature of her homeland to the whole world. In her tea house in the small village of Saulessēta, which belongs to the municipality of Prauliena, she gives masterclasses and holds tea ceremonies.

Plukt Nordic Teas are hand-picked, and the brand name PLŪKT is a Latvian word that means "picked" in English. It is phonetically and semantically similar to the same word in Dutch, Swedish, and Danish. When you pour hot water over a tea bag, it makes a little splash and a "PLŪKT!" sound.

The herbal blends, such as White Night, Blossom, Nordic Black, or Nordic White, contain a variety of wild herbs. The plants are light and aromatic, containing full inflorescences and leaves, thus preserving the natural properties of the plants. The plants are hand-harvested from organically certified wild meadows and Nordic forests and gently dried using wind and solar energy.
