The Goodvines Sauvignon Blanc is a non-alcoholic wine that convinces with its authentic white wine taste. It is a stylish, fruity wine alternative with varietal aromas of green pepper and freshly cut grass, as well as a mild-fruity, present acidity. Lightly effervescent on the finish and with a soft texture, this non-alcoholic white wine accompanies poultry, fish and seafood, pasta, vegetables, and summer salads in an uncomplicated way. Sauvignon Blanc – stylish, authentic, non-alcoholic

In the production of Goodvines Sauvignon Blanc, in addition to selected white wines from Rheinhessen, state-of-the-art technologies and the knowledge of experienced wine de-alcoholizers are used. During the so-called vacuum distillation, the alcohol contained in the wine gently evaporates in stainless steel funnels at 30° Celsius. The bouquet notes initially released, i.e., the volatile but flavor-giving substances of the wine, are collected and stored separately, so that the alcohol can then completely evaporate, resulting in a final product with 0.0% alcohol. The dealcoholized white wine is then reunited with its natural bouquet unchanged, which enables the authentic taste. To harmonize the Sauvignon Blanc after de-alcoholization, it receives a so-called shipping dosage (French: liqueur d’expédition), consisting of grape must syrup, before bottling.

Goodvines was founded in 2019 by passionate wine lovers in Heidelberg to create a non-alcoholic wine alternative for everyone who wants to forgo alcohol but not authentic taste. Jörn and his brother Lars Walking buy German quality wines in the Palatinate and Rheinhessen, have them gently de-alcoholized by master craftsmen under vacuum, and delight their audience with the authentic taste, even at Palatinate wine festivals. Goodvines, which means "good vines," are all high-quality wine alternatives that are completely alcohol-free. You won't find any flavor enhancers, crystal sugar, or artificial flavors in them, just pure enjoyment.
