It is made from pure grape must from the Albana, Trebbiano and Montuni grape varieties and wine vinegar, and matures for a whole year in oak barrels. The white balsamic vinegar is guaranteed free from artificial flavors, preservatives and additives, and is made without caramel coloring or thickeners; it is a purely natural product with an outstanding taste.
