Tomato Olive Caper Sauce – Italianavera Olive e Capperi

The Tomato Olive Caper Sauce from Italianavera is a Sugo Pronto Naturale alle Olive de Gaeta e Capperi di Pantelleria. This ready-to-use tomato sauce is a passionate interpretation of an original Neapolitan recipe, where the aroma of ripe tomatoes combines with the finest extra virgin olive oil, as well as black olives from Gaeta and the finest salted capers from Pantelleria. Its aromatic, expressive taste is perfect on crispy bread, with Penne Rigate, on pizza, or with grilled fish.
