The pink lemonade is refreshing on its own or on the rocks with vermouth, vodka, or gin.

Pamplemousse Lemonade – fizzy – tart

La Mortuacienne Pamplemousse Lemonade, which is still sold unchanged in the nostalgic 1l swing-top bottle today, is probably the most delicious way to enjoy a grapefruit. The grapefruit is a tart citrus fruit that originated from a cross between a pomelo and an orange. It is slightly less sweet than the other flavors, as the grapefruit brings wonderful bitter notes to Rième's lemonade. With its striking pink color, it is a good base for alcoholic mixed drinks.

Rième – Syrup as a Lemonade Base

The Rième family is proud of its history and its roots and has remained true to the original lemonade recipe to this day. The syrup base for Rieme lemonade is produced cold in a so-called Sirogène, a 1.5 m high copper tube. The sugar is dissolved with filtered water, exactly 11 degrees cold, and runs by gravity through two sieves and a filter, creating a fine, viscous syrup. So it only takes water, natural lemon flavors, and high-quality sugar for an inimitable fizz.
