Papa dei Boschi specializes entirely in the cultivation and processing of hazelnuts. The home of the Noè family is in the Langhe, a vast hilly landscape in Piedmont, Northern Italy. Here, the climatic conditions are ideal for hazelnut trees to thrive and produce many good hazelnuts. Quality is Josè Noè's top priority; after all, he wants to produce the best hazelnut in the world. And he does. All steps are carried out by hand: the care of the hazelnut bushes, the hazelnut harvest, the crucial drying, and of course, the all-important roasting of the hazelnuts. All of this requires a lot of love for the product, experience, and craftsmanship. For us, simply the ultimate number one when it comes to nuts.
