The truffle noodles, Fettuccine al Tartufo, by Pasta Filotea are traditional Italian egg ribbon noodles flavored with truffles. Deliciously tender fettuccine with only 5 minutes cooking time - better than many fresh pasta. Filotea uses a traditional recipe with many fresh eggs without the addition of water. Only Italian raw materials are used in these fettuccine. Maximum care and attention are dedicated to every phase of the production process at Pasta Filotea.

The truffle noodles, Fettuccine al Tartufo, are the noble variant of the popular ribbon noodle shape and go perfectly with cream sauces and dishes with beef, steak, or mushrooms.

Filotea Pasta ist ein kleiner Hersteller aus den Marken, der Pasta wie zu Großmutters Zeiten herstellt: aus Hartweizengrieß einer alten Sorte, Weizenmehl Typ 00 und frischen Eiern von Bodenhaltungshühnern. Der Teig wird lange geknetet, dünn ausgerollt und langsam getrocknet. So entstehen Eiernudeln von kurzer Kochzeit, die Sauce perfekt aufnehmen und den authentischen Geschmack Italiens auf deinen Teller bringen.
