The Güde Paring Knife X703/6 from the Alpha series has a beautiful olive wood handle. The Güde knife fits well in the hand, thanks in part to the trademark of the Güde Alpha series, the second bolster or the forged knob at the end of the handle, which gives Güde Alpha knives their excellent balance when cutting.

The Güde paring knife peels potatoes, vegetables, and fruit effortlessly and efficiently, as the curved, saber-shaped blade adapts to every curve during peeling and is therefore easy to guide. It should not be missing in any kitchen. Like all Güde knives, this Güde Alpha paring knife is hand-forged and hand-sharpened. The 6cm long blade made of chrome-vanadium-molybdenum knife steel is made in one piece, stainless, and ice-hardened. The typical knife rivets are also made of stainless steel, but the palm rivet is made of non-stainless aluminum.

The unique olive wood handle scales, with their individual grain and coloring, make up the special charm of this knife series. We recommend cleaning high-quality knives, such as the Güde bread knife, by hand immediately after use. A dishcloth soaked in warm water is usually sufficient. The knife is not suitable for the dishwasher.

Blade hand-forged from a single piece of chrome-vanadium-molybdenum knife steel. Further processing in over 40 manual steps. Each handle scale is unique; grain and inclusions are desired as they are. The blade is stainless, ice-hardened, hand-sharpened, and not dishwasher safe.
