The Casa Cubista ceramic pitcher is a beautiful carafe with wide, yellow stripes and a one-liter capacity. The terracotta pitcher with a handle, both beautiful and practical, is made of high-quality stoneware and is handcrafted and glazed in Portugal for Casa Cubista. In earlier times, before glass became a mass product, it was common to serve drinks in ceramic vessels. Today, you can use this ceramic pitcher with a handle to bring both cold and hot beverages to the table. It also makes an excellent decorative item or vase.

What we particularly like about the Casa Cubista collection is how wonderfully the different patterns (bold stripe, dash, and ray), colors (black, tangerine, terracotta, teal, blue, and green), and sizes can be combined. Mix and match – try it out!

Care instructions: Before first use, please wash the pitcher by hand with hot soapy water, rinse with clear water, and let it air dry. The bottom of pitchers, mugs, and vases may "sweat" initially. This is normal and will decrease over time. Please protect delicate surfaces that may be affected by watermarks. If you are using a vase or pitcher for fresh flowers, please change the water daily to prevent the scent of flower water from soaking into the terracotta.

Casa Cubista was founded about ten years ago by David Pimentel and his friend Arrens in Olhão on the Algarve. David has Portuguese roots and wanted to bring good craftsmanship from his home country to tables in other countries. Because sitting at a set table with family or friends is pure joy of life. With its beautiful pitchers, Casa Cubista brings the love of beautiful things into your everyday life.

The Casa Cubista ceramic tableware is produced according to David's designs in a family-run manufactory in the Algarve. Even if not every bowl is made on the potter's wheel, it is still handled, cast, sanded, and individually glazed by Rui, whose family has mastered the craft of pottery for over 200 years, with these wonderful colors, which are food-safe and free of harmful chemicals, by his aunt Regina, among others. To preserve the shine of the glaze, we recommend washing the pitcher by hand. Each pitcher is unique. Small imperfections in the glaze are normal and intentional. This way, every bowl, every plate, every pitcher always looks a little different. Casa Cubista ceramics are truly handcrafted.
