The Mussini Balsam Limoncino is a vinegar preparation, or as Mussini itself calls its newest creation, a Vinegar Bar. This mixology ingredient, based on cooked white grape must and wine vinegar, tastes reminiscent of the most famous Italian liqueur: Limoncello.

With its intense yellow color, Mussini Balsam Limoncino brings the sunshine of the Amalfi Coast into your kitchen. The vinegar preparation is perfect for making cocktails, both classic alcoholic versions and non-alcoholic variations.

Try mixing the sweet and tangy Balsam Limoncino with Prosecco and a little sparkling soda water, or with strawberry puree and white rum. Or if you prefer it non-alcoholic, try Mussini Balsam Limoncino with sparkling soda water as a lemon soda. Garnished with a strawberry and some mint, it becomes a non-alcoholic mocktail.

With its balanced sweet and sour taste, Balsam Limoncino can also be used to create delicious dishes such as summer salads with chicken, fish carpaccio or salmon tartare with avocado, or as a dessert, marinate strawberries with it and serve with rice pudding.

Acetaia Mussini – Vinegar Bar Vinegar Preparation

Acetaia Mussini is a small, family-run vinegar manufacturer from the Modena area in the Italian region of Emilia Romagna. The two cousins, Giorgio and Gabriele, continue the tradition of their maternal grandmothers, producing high-quality balsamic vinegars. 15 employees oversee 15,000 wooden barrels of various sizes, producing approximately 800,000 bottles of balsamic vinegar annually.

As a modern Acetaia, Mussini unites apparent contradictions: respect for tradition and a passion for experimenting with flavors. In this way, their high-quality products create both a connection to the past and a vision for the future. They promote local food culture and embrace the demands of their modern clientele. This is evident with the new Bar series, which allows for the enjoyment of Italian cocktail flavors without alcohol, using a "shrup" – a fruit syrup based on vinegar.

The Vinegar Bar is a synthesis of tradition, high-quality ingredients, and modern culinary art. This new concept brings fresh inspiration for the kitchen and bar, as it is both an alcohol-free balsamic condiment with a cocktail flavor, and a cocktail ingredient with a balsamic flavor.
