Acetaia Mussini is a small, family-run vinegar manufacturer from the Modena area in the Italian region of Emilia Romagna. The two cousins, Giorgio and Gabriele, continue their maternal grandmothers' tradition and produce high-quality balsamic vinegars. 15 employees oversee 15,000 wooden barrels of various sizes and produce approximately 800,000 bottles of balsamic vinegar per year.
