Tiroler Edle – Chocolate filled with nougat
The Tiroler Edle chocolate with nougat is filled with the finest hazelnut nougat and is undoubtedly number 1, the first chocolate variety that Hansjörg Haag developed and handcrafted based on Therese Fiegl's idea of making a special milk chocolate from the excellent milk of the Tyrolean Grey Cattle. It marks the beginning of this great collaboration to produce high-quality chocolate from the best possible raw materials and artisanal skill, promoting small-scale agriculture among both alpine farmers and cocoa farmers. Furthermore, the 50g bar is simply delicious.
Tiroler Edle – Grey Cattle in all colors
Far from being grey, the uniquely good chocolate made from the milk of the Tyrolean Grey Cattle is by no means a grey mouse when it comes to creations and packaging. Hansjörg and Christoph Haag are always coming up with new creations for the delicious fillings: like the one with caramel and salt crystals. Therese Fiegl has given the Tiroler Edle an equally creative packaging. Brown at the bottom indicates milk chocolate, while grey at the bottom means a fine dark chocolate is hidden in the pretty paper sleeves. At the top, the bright color reveals which filling is hidden inside the chocolate. So, apricot is orange at the top, raspberry is red, and nougat is blue. To protect quality and taste, the small bar is wrapped in foil made from environmentally friendly cellulose, making it plastic-free. We very much welcome this.
Fine chocolate from fine Grey Cattle for fine connoisseurs! This is how the Haag family from the village of Landeck in Tyrol describes their handmade chocolate. And that is by no means an exaggeration. We have rarely tasted such creamy chocolate and, above all, such delicious fillings!
