Tyrolean Pure – Birch – Liquid Soap 300ml
The Tyrolean Pure Birch Liquid Soap has a pleasant green scent, like fresh, young birch leaves. This liquid soap, which can be used for both hand washing and showering, symbolizes a new beginning.
Birch – the scent of the Alps
It is considered the tree of life, love, feminine beauty, and happiness: the BIRCH. With its enormous resilience, cold resistance, and reproductive capacity, it is the preeminent symbol of new beginnings, spring, and, above all, light. On February 2nd, Candlemas, the beginning of the agricultural year and the reawakening of light in the annual cycle are celebrated with birch twigs. During the Tyrolean Corpus Christi procession, the streets of the villages are lined with young birch trunks, and in Great Britain, the start of the financial year is traditionally determined by the budding of birches around April 1st. We imagined the scent of birch, if it had a strong scent, as light-footed, caressing, illuminating – like the Tyrolean Pure Birch Soap.
Tyrolean Pure – Liquid Soap by Walde
Tyrolean Pure liquid soaps are real soaps: Unlike conventional liquid soaps, they are produced using traditional manufacturing methods in kettles on a soap base – without synthetic surfactants, but with natural glycerin content. The selected basic raw materials are high-quality, nourishing olive and coconut oils, beeswax, which contributes to the pleasant consistency, as well as Tyrolean beef tallow, which was already used in earlier times for soap production. This traditional and local ingredient has a moisturizing effect and ensures a fine, creamy lather and a pleasant fragrance.
Tyrolean Pure, an idea by Therese Fiegl, is a soap that incorporates the centuries-old knowledge of the Walde soap-making family to create distinctive soaps. Each soap tells its own story, from the Sellrain washerwomen and glacier milk, to the alpine rose and love, forget-me-not, the resilience of birch, alpine spikenard, cowslips as harbingers of spring, the freshness of mountain mint, to elderflower, which provides protection and comfort.
NOTE – Since spring 2020, Walde has been using bottles with recycled plastic content. Walde Seifen aims to improve its sustainability in this way. However, these bottles are slightly thinner, which leads to indentations during filling. If you open the flip-top once briefly, the indented area will even out again.
Tyrolean Pure liquid soaps contain no preservatives or emulsifiers. This can occasionally lead to changes in viscosity or color deposits. Our tip provides a quick remedy: place the liquid soaps in a warm place, e.g., on a window sill in the sun, for a few hours, then shake well – and the original state is restored.
