Alain Milliat's Orange Blonde Marmalade is a French orange marmalade with orange zest. It is intensely fruity, not too sweet, creamy in consistency, and has an intense aroma of juicy, ripe oranges.

Alain Milliat only processes carefully selected fruits, and the Frenchman places particular emphasis on them being harvested at the right time of ripeness, because that is how they develop their full aromatic flavor, which is reflected in the orange marmalade.

The Orange Blonde is a golden-yellow orange variety primarily grown in Sicily and Calabria. It is wonderfully aromatic with a superb balance between sweetness and bitterness. The number of seeds in the pulp is very low. This orange variety is usually consumed fresh and rarely makes it into marmalade production due to its price.

Alain Milliat, grandson and son of a farmer, and a fruit grower himself, took over the family business in Orliénas near Lyon in 1983.
