The Most Wanted is a Craft Cider from Manufaktur Jörg Geiger with 5% vol. alcohol. Wonderfully sparkling and amazingly fruity, it is a good alternative to beer as a food accompaniment when well chilled. We love Most Wanted as an accompaniment to grilled meat, burgers, short ribs, or pulled pork.

Excellent cider! Hand-picked apples and pears from old orchard varieties. This lightly sparkling cider is gently pressed, traditionally matured, and perfectly balances tart apple, robust pear, and smoky-sweet wood smoke notes reminiscent of Scottish whisky. It leaves a very delicate mouthfeel, sparkling with a pleasantly tart pear core and prominent toasting notes from the wood.

The old apple and cider pear varieties come from the landscape-defining traditional orchards along the bird sanctuary at the foot of the Swabian Alb – hand-picked, matured, and gently processed, in the manufactory of Jörg Geiger, who has received several awards (including from Slow Food) for his pear sparkling wines, fruit brandies, and Prisecco. These fruit juices, with their distinct aromatics, unique acidity of old apple varieties, and pronounced tannic notes of pear, form a very special, natural basis for Manufaktur Jörg Geiger products.
