Prisecco Rosenzauber – Jörg Geiger Manufactory

Prisecco Rosenzauber is one of the classics from the Jörg Geiger Manufactory. Alcohol-free and sparkling, pleasantly dry yet wonderfully fruity and with a delightful, well-balanced scent of roses, it is a great alternative to sparkling wine as an aperitif or wine as a food accompaniment when well chilled.

"Boskoop apple and the scent of roses alone are too unbalanced for us. The strong menthol content of chocolate mint brings freshness and balance to the nose. The delicate berries integrate into the middle and provide the vibrant rosé. The rose petals come from Sonnenhof in Bad Boll, and we also use organic rose water for harmonization," the Swabian enthusiastically explains about his creation.

Rosenzauber alcohol-free – sparkling like Secco

Prisecco Rosenzauber is one of the 4 classic Jörg Geiger Prisecco varieties that are available all year round. Rotfruchtig (Red Fruit), Weißduftig (White Fragrance), Apfelsinfonie (Apple Symphony), and Rosenzauber (Rose Magic) were the first Prisecco varieties from the manufactory and are still among the top sellers today.

This Prisecco is based on the juice of hand-picked old apple varieties from traditional orchards of the Swabian Alb. Added to this are raspberry juice, blackberry juice, rose water and rose petals, refreshing extracts of chocolate mint, and vanilla. Refined with spices and added carbonation, it creates an alcohol-free drink of the highest quality. In the glass, it is coral red with pearly pink reflections. Fresh apple fruit paired with a delicate scent of raspberry and an intense rose bouquet. On the palate, it is very intense with ripe apples, raspberry, and blackberry, offering a fresh interplay of sweetness and acidity and a long, fragrant finish. A fantastic aperitif not just for weddings and a great accompaniment to fruity salads, desserts with berries, and sorbets.

The PriSecco is the best-selling specialty of the Jörg Geiger Manufactory. Sophisticated and balanced, Rosenzauber surprises with enormous complexity. The lack of alcohol is not perceived as a deficiency; quite the opposite. PriSecco fills a gap with new, modernly conceived alcohol-free drinks based on old fruit varieties. The old apple and perry pear varieties come from the characteristic traditional orchards along the bird sanctuary at the foot of the Swabian Alb – hand-picked, ripened, and gently processed in Jörg Geiger's manufactory, who has received several awards (including from Slow Food) for his fruit juices.

These juices, with their distinct aromas, the unique acidity of old apple varieties, and the pronounced tannin note of the pear, form a very special, natural basis for the Geiger Prisecco varieties.
