The Prisecco Mirabellengold from Jörg Geiger Manufactory is an alcohol-free secco made from fruit from the traditional orchards of the Swabian Alb – a seasonal product for golden autumn.

Fresh, clear scent of lemon verbena combined with the lush fruity notes of fully ripe, golden mirabelle plums with vanilla and tonka bean. Delicately underpinned with a touch of rosemary and tarragon. Full-bodied on the palate, subtle bitter almond notes, slightly sweet finish.

With its exciting play of sweetness and acidity between crisp seedling apple and golden-ripe mirabelle plums, Jörg Geiger Manufactory's Prisecco Mirabellengold leaves nothing to be desired in terms of alcohol. A super alcohol-free beverage alternative as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to fruity, sweet and sour desserts such as a plum crumble, Brillat Savarin with apricot chutney, or apricot dumplings.

Prisecco Mirabellengold – when taste is in season

For his PriSeccos, Jörg Geiger combines the best fruit juices, often harvested by variety, with herbs, leaves, and blossoms from his own cultivation or collected from traditional orchards and surrounding forests. When bouquet, aroma, and finish form a perfect unity, carbon dioxide is slowly added until the PriSecco in the glass is as finely sparkling and clear as a sparkling wine.

This requires technical skill, creativity, and inspiration from nature. And in nature, not all ingredients are always available, but only for a limited time. Thus, the Mirabellengold is a seasonal Prisecco; it is only bottled once a year in late autumn, and for good reasons.
