Thüros – Charcoal Channel T3 for Side Heat
The Thüros Charcoal Channel T3 for side heat is perfect for the rotisserie skewer and the accompanying motor. It is used in conjunction with the wind deflector. The charcoal channel is placed on the wind deflector in place of the warming rack, and the skewer is inserted into the designated recesses. It is recommended to let the charcoal glow in a chimney starter beforehand so that it can be refilled directly if necessary.
To prevent dripping meat juices or marinade into the grill head, it is recommended to use a grease drip tray. This is placed on the grill head instead of the grill grate and filled with some water.
