Thüros – Charcoal Tray for Side Heat T4
The Thüros T4 charcoal tray for side heat is perfect for the rotisserie skewer and its corresponding motor. It is used together with the wind deflector. The charcoal tray is placed on the wind deflector in place of the warming rack, and the skewer is inserted into the designated recesses. It is recommended to pre-glow the charcoal in a chimney starter and then refill as needed.
To prevent dripping roast juices or marinade into the grill head, it is recommended to use a drip tray. This is placed on the grill head instead of the grill grate and filled with a little water.
