The grapes from small, fragmented vineyards are hand-harvested at the optimal ripeness and quickly transported in small crates to the newly built, impressive winery in Kurtatsch. There, cold maceration in the press takes place according to the specifications of cellar master Erwin Carli. After temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel, the subsequent long aging on fine lees took place, through which the wine gains in complexity and consistency.
