The Oliver Zeter Sauvignon Blanc Sekt Brut 2022 is a vintage sparkling wine made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc using the traditional bottle fermentation method. It takes a lot of experience with the wild and aromatic Sauvignon Blanc grape, which ripens early, to produce a Brut sparkling wine from this very varietal that charmingly preserves its varietal character while meeting the highest sparkling wine standards. Oliver Zeter seems to have this experience.

Oliver Zeter – Winemaking

The grapes for this wine grew on slopes around the communities of Edenkoben and Rhodt. They were deliberately harvested very early: Oliver Zeter does not pick base wines for sparkling wine production with the highest possible must weights. This ensures freshness and finesse. The "Brut" was produced using the traditional bottle fermentation method and aged on lees for at least 18 months, or longer depending on the batch. The wild and fruity nature of this grape variety combines with a captivating length and freshness. It simply makes you want another glass! The "Brut" reflects Oliver Zeter's full experience in handling Sauvignon Blanc.
