Character and Aroma

In the glass, it is light golden with a delicate amber shimmer. The nose reveals the unmistakable bergamot profile — somewhere between bitter orange, lemon, and a floral hint. On the palate, it is slightly bitter, clear, with a fine sweetness from organic cane sugar and a surprisingly long, citrusy-floral finish.

When to use it

In Earl Grey-inspired cocktails, as an aroma enhancer in aperitifs, as a component in mocktails with non-alcoholic gin or aperitif, in desserts and sweet dishes. Also as an interesting accent in a vinaigrette or a glaze syrup for baked goods. 1–2 cl per drink is sufficient.
