Questions about Violet Syrup Brut?

We are happy to help you with Bacanha Sirup.

Violet Syrup – Bacanha Sirop Brut – 400ml

The Bacanha Organic Violet Syrup from France is an aromatic concentrate made from the purple petals of this famous flower. Its scent is delicious and its taste sweet and floral. Bacanha has developed a natural and dye-free recipe that you can use in many fine recipes, such as cocktails, lemonades and iced tea, desserts like panna cotta or even salad dressings. Simply delicious!

delicious violet syrup from France

The French love violets in every variation: as perfume or soap, as syrup, lemonade or candy, or even candied violets on cakes, muffins or cream desserts. No wonder that violet syrup is the No.2 among Bacanha syrups.

Yet the violet (Viola suavis), this small overwhelmingly fragrant spring bloomer, was not originally native to France, but a souvenir brought back by French soldiers from Italy. Today, in Provence near the perfumer's town of Grasse, an entire village cultivates millions of violets and is so famous for it that Tourrettes-sur-Loup has been called "La Cité des Violettes," the city of violets, since 1894.

Diluted with chilled still water or carbonated mineral water, it makes a wonderful refreshing homemade lemonade; mixed with sparkling wine, it creates a floral cocktail. The Sirop Brut Violette is perfect for use in your cocktail recipes. There are no limits to your imagination when using organic violet syrup, and if you need inspiration, check out the Bacanha website. There are plenty of delicious ideas there.

Bacanha Sirop Brut – with raw sugar

Bacanha Sirop Brut is a young, up-and-coming company from Paris that has been producing high-quality, handcrafted organic syrup since 2013. The dedicated, creative team blends over 32 flavors of French, organic syrup from selected ingredients. For the syrup, Bacanha sources pure organic cane sugar, GMO-free and pesticide-free, directly from the Native Sugar Cane Cooperative in Brazil, which is recognized for its commitment to protecting and developing local biodiversity. However, the exceptional taste experience is primarily created by using natural flavorings, which are extracted from flowers, herbs, roots, spices, or fruits in the Southern French city of Grasse.

Bacanha syrup is the result of a long process that culminates in the perfect taste and a unique aroma. All flavors share the ideal balance between pH and Brix, of acidity and sugar content. Thus, these French syrups have a pH value below 4.5 and a Brix of about 60°, making them less sweet than other syrups on the market. With one bottle of Sirop Brut Violette, you can prepare between 20 to 25 drinks.

The specially designed bottles, deliberately conceived as a valuable object, are made of amber-colored, heavy glass to protect the elixir from light and temperature fluctuations. With a fresh brand image, Bacanha nonetheless retains the roots of traditional production methods, which is also reflected in the recyclable packaging reminiscent of an apothecary bottle.

You can buy the following Bacanha syrup varieties online from us: Basil, Bergamot, Pear, Cookie, Grenadine, Hazelnut, Elderflower, Ginger, Caramel, Lime, Lychee, Mint, Mojito, Orgeat, Rose, Peach, Speculoos, Vanilla, Violet, Verbena, and Yuzu.
