Bacanha Sirop Brut is a young, up-and-coming company from Paris that has been producing high-quality, handmade organic syrups since 2013. The dedicated, creative team mixes over 32 flavors of French, organic syrup from selected ingredients. For its certified organic syrups, Bacanha sources pure organic cane sugar, non-GMO and pesticide-free, directly from the Native Sugarcane Cooperative in Brazil, recognized for its commitment to protecting and developing local biodiversity. However, the exceptional taste experience primarily comes from the use of natural aromas obtained in the Southern French city of Grasse from flowers, herbs, roots, spices, or fruits.

The Bacanha Organic Syrup is the result of a long process that culminates in the perfect taste and a unique aroma. All flavors share the ideal balance between pH and Brix, of acidity and sugar content. Thus, these French syrups have a pH value below 4.5 and a Brix of approximately 60°, making them less sweet than other syrups on the market. One bottle can make between 20 to 25 drinks.
